DNV arranged employee days at the Norway Pavilion August 25th – 29th.

The week started off Wednesday the 25th with a Global Board meeting led by Mr. Atle Bergshaven, the President of the DNV Board. The Board spent the first half of the day on professional meetings and a taste from the Norwegian Seafood Restaurant at the Pavilion Business Centre. They were then welcomed by the Pavilion Director at the Shipping Pavilion owned by China State-owned Ship owner Corp. The Board ended its Expo day at the Oil Pavilion where all Board members could enjoy a 4 dimensional movie about the Chinese oil history.
The next step was Saturday August 28th when DNV held a training session for its senior management team at the Pavilion Business Centre. The team also enjoyed seeing the Expo Park, visiting among others the Nordic Pavilions, Portugal, Mexico and Chile Pavilion between lunch and a more formal seafood dinner in the Norway Pavilion.
Last, but not least, DNV celebrated its main sponsorship of the Norway Pavilion by inviting all employees with families in the Shanghai area to the Expo Park Sunday August 29th. In addition to general entrance to the Park, all employees were invited to enjoy easy access to the Norway Pavilion, and to enjoy some cooling refreshments in the Pavilion Business Centre. About 300 employees took the opportunity of seeing the Norway Pavilion this day.
